【送料について】

【キャンセル方法】
●銀行振込決済の場合
注文日から5日以内に入金がない場合、自動キャンセルとなります。
入金後である場合は、当店より手数料等を差し引いた金額をご返金させていただきます。
手数料：ショップがBASEシステムに支払う販売手数料等
※銀行振込手数料は返金されません。
●クレジットカード決済の場合
特にお手続きの必要はございません。
注文日の翌日から未発送状態が30日間経過すると自動的にキャンセル処理されます。

Shipping Fees
Within Japan: Flat rate of ¥1,000
Outside Japan: Flat rate of ¥3,000
Please select "Domestic" or "International" on the checkout screen.
If the selected shipping method does not match the delivery address, we will not be able to fulfill the order.
In such cases, we will contact you directly via email. Please follow the instructions below to cancel your order and place a new one.
How to Cancel an Order
● For Bank Transfer Payments
If payment is not received within 5 days from the order date, the order will be automatically canceled.
If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount after deducting applicable fees.
Fees include transaction fees paid by the shop to the BASE platform.
Note: Bank transfer fees are non-refundable.
● For Credit Card Payments
No action is required on your part.
If the order remains unshipped for 30 days from the day after the order date, it will be automatically canceled.
【日本国内からご注文の場合】
●コンビニ（Pay-easy）決済の場合
お近くのコンビニにて、受付番号と電話番号をもとにお支払いいただきます。
注文日から5日以内にお支払いをしてください。
お支払用紙は郵送されませんので、ご注意ください。
●クレジットカード
支払時期：商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定いたします。
※海外で作成したクレジットカードには対応していませんのでご注意ください。
●キャリア決済の場合
携帯電話等の利用料金とまとめてお支払いいただきます。
●銀行振込
前払い制です。振込確認後の発送となります。
注文日から5日以内にお支払いをしてください。
●後払い決済
ご注文後、商品発送又は到着に送られるメールに記載されているお支払い内容をご確認の上代金をお支払いください。
決済手数料：300円（税込）
当店にかわり、BASE株式会社より請求書が送られます。商品到着と請求書の到着は別になります。配送状況により請求書が先に届く場合がございますのでご注意ください。請求書発行日から14日後までに、請求書に記載の支払い方法でお支払いください。
※銀行、郵便局は別途振込手数料が必要です。
期日以内にお支払いがない場合、再度の請求ごとに300円の再請求発行手数料がかかりますのでご注意ください。
当サービスには与信が必要となります。
ご本人様確認や後払い決済サービス利用にあたって、お電話・メールにてご連絡させていただく場合がございます。お客様が当サイトにおいて登録された個人情報および発注内容は、後払い決済サービスに必要な範囲のみBASE株式会社に提供させていただきます。
与信結果によっては当サービスをご利用いただけない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
与信審査に通過しなかった場合は、他の決済方法にご変更いただくことになります。
商品の配送先を配送業者の営業所止め（営業所来店引取り）、また転送依頼することはできません。
【ご注意事項】
購入者様が｢後払い決済｣を選択して商品を購入した場合、BASE株式会社(後払い決済サービス提供会社)と購入者様との間に立替払い契約が成立します｡
なお購入者様には､BASE株式会社が､購入者様から､BASE株式会社へのお支払いに関して､(株)キャッチボール(後払い決済サービス提携会社)より保証を受けることに同意いただきます｡
購入者様が､BASE株式会社へのお支払いをされない場合､または遅延した場合､(株)キャッチボールから購入者様に支払いの請求がなされますのでご了承ください｡
サービスをご利用いただいた場合は、上記項目にご同意いただいたものとみなさせていただきます。
【日本国外からご注文の場合】
銀行振込のみ対応しております。前払い制です。振込確認後の発送となります。
決済画面にて必ず「銀行振込」を選択された上でご注文を確定してください。
日本国外からのご注文で「銀行振込」以外にて決済された場合、上記「キャンセル方法」よりキャンセル手続きされた上で、再度ご注文をお願いいたします。

● Convenience Store (Pay-easy) Payment
Please make your payment at a nearby convenience store using the provided reception number and phone number.
Payment must be completed within 5 days from the order date.
No physical payment slip will be mailed.
● Credit Card
Payment is confirmed at the time your order is finalized.
Please note: Credit cards issued outside Japan are not supported.
● Mobile Carrier Payment
Payment is made together with your monthly mobile phone bill.
● Bank Transfer
Advance payment is required. Shipment will be made after payment is confirmed.
Please make payment within 5 days from the order date.
● Deferred Payment (Pay Later)
After your order, please confirm the payment details in the email sent upon shipment or product arrival and complete the payment accordingly.
・Fee: ¥300 (tax included)
・The invoice will be issued by BASE, Inc. on behalf of our store.
・The invoice may arrive separately from the product.
・Please make the payment within 14 days from the invoice issue date.
Additional fees such as bank or post office transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
If payment is not made by the deadline, a re-issuance fee of ¥300 will be charged for each additional request.
・Credit verification is required for this service.
・We may contact you via phone or email for identity confirmation or service use.
・The personal information and order details you provide will only be shared with BASE, Inc. as necessary for the deferred
payment process.
・Depending on the credit check result, this service may not be available, and you will be required to choose another
payment method.
・Delivery to courier branch offices for pickup or requests for redirection are not allowed.
Important Notice:
By selecting “Deferred Payment,” a payment agency agreement is formed between the purchaser and BASE, Inc.
The purchaser also agrees that (K.K. Catchball), a partnered company of the deferred payment service, may issue payment requests if the purchaser fails to pay or delays payment to BASE, Inc.
Use of this service implies acceptance of these conditions.
【For Orders from Outside Japan】
Only Bank Transfer is Accepted
Advance payment is required. Shipment will be made after payment is confirmed.
Be sure to select "Bank Transfer" at checkout before placing your order.
If you select a different payment method for international orders, you must follow the cancellation procedure outlined above and place your order again.

【日本国外からご注文される方へ】
●送料（国外：一律3,000円）
お届け先が日本以外の場合、配送方法は「Outside Japan」を選択してください。
●支払方法
日本以外からご注文された場合、お支払い方法は銀行振込を選択してください。
「送料」「支払方法」が正しく選択されなかった場合、商品をお届けできないこともございます。
その場合、キャンセル処理を行い、手数料等を差し引いた金額をご返金いたします。

For International Orders
● Shipping fee (Outside Japan): ¥3,000 (flat rate)
When ordering from outside Japan, please select the shipping method: "Outside Japan".
● Payment method
Please choose bank transfer as your payment method when ordering from outside Japan.
If the shipping method or payment method is selected incorrectly, we may not be able to deliver your order.
In that case, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting applicable fees.
